IncBio and Bio Renewable Energy Factory (BREF) have signed an agreement for the supply of a 40,000 MT/year Biodiesel Plant
The plant will be the first of several projects planned by BREF for the region for the coming years, and the success of the business plan is supported by the selection of one of the most advanced Biodiesel plants in the world, utilizing technology that is both innovative and widely proven in Biodiesel production plants globally.
IncBio has been leading the way in developing and implementing the latest technology in Biodiesel production, and this contract’s award is further proof that this is exactly what the market is looking for.
IncBio and BREF expect the plant to be complete by Q4 of 2014.
Turning Animal Fats into Biofuel
Converting animal fats into Biodiesel is not without challenges, and most plants in the world are unable to process it correctly, but through our extensive experience in this market and the use of ultrasonic technology the reaction times are much shorter than conventional plants, whilst producing the highest quality Biodiesel, with yields that set a benchmark in the industry.
Using our multi-feedstock technology, industrial units are able to convert a wide range of raw materials into high quality Biodiesel, exceeding the strict standards of EN14214 and ASTM D6751. This includes crude vegetable oils to waste materials and by-products such as used cooking oil (UCO), animal fats, distilled Free Fatty Acids (FFAD), Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD), Trap Grease oil, etc.
Our process can handle up to 100% FFA. IncBio is revolutionizing the way the Biodiesel market is evolving, by ensuring complete flexibility of feedstock, helping struggling plants back onto profitability.
To complete a state of the art plant IncBio can also supply biodiesel distillation and glycerine purification modules, ensuring the plants are “future proofed”, even as standards tighten the plant will still be exceeding the specification.
About BREF
BREF, founded in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2013 by Mr. Amine Jheir and Mr. Mohammed Al Ossaimi whom hold significant experience in the field of handling waste chemicals and export of chemicals Oil & Gas products. The company has a plan to setup the first Biofuel Plant which shall be able to recycle oil that’s generated from food/service industries which is ever increasing with the dominating industries. The BREF plant shall be utilizing the latest technologies available in the developing market for renewable energy.
BREF’s target would be to process animal and food waste, using the patented technology for rendering, and waste processing. The chosen technology has the capability to produce “Grade A” finished product that meets the specification outlined by the European and American environment/product standards when converted to Bio Fuel using IncBio technology. BREF aims to become the second oil producing company within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
