Porto, Portugal – April 24th, 2019: IncBio is proud to announce the successful delivery of a high-value component extraction plant to Biologia Natural Industrial SL in Malpica de Tajo, Spain. The facility, designed to extract tocopherol (Vitamin E), squalene, and sterols from vegetable acid oil, is a key milestone in the partnership between IncBio and Biologia Natural.

One of the unique aspects of this project was the skidded construction approach. The plant was fully built in modular skids at IncBio’s facility, which were then transported to the site for quick and efficient assembly. This method reduces installation time and ensures minimal disruption at the plant site. The accompanying image shows one of the skids loaded onto a truck for transport.

José Marques, CEO of IncBio, commented: “The delivery of this advanced plant marks a significant achievement for both IncBio and Biologia Natural Industrial. The skidded construction approach ensured a streamlined delivery process, allowing us to provide a high-quality, efficient facility while minimizing on-site construction time.”

This facility will play a critical role in the production of high-purity nutraceutical components, further strengthening Biologia Natural Industrial SL’s position in the market.
