Through IncBio’s extensive expertise in the oils and fats industry we have a portfolio of different filtration solutions, ranging from bag filters, membrane filtration and pressure leaf filtration.

Our team designs and builds filtration systems that are modular and can be applied on a standalone basis, or fully integrated into an existing process and/or control system.

Bag Filter

From coarse to fine filtration, IncBio offers a wide range of stainless steel or polypropylene bag filter housings. For almost all areas of solid-liquid separation, our high-quality bag housings guarantee excellent filtration results. Our standard catalog includes:

Flow rates up to 160 m³/h
Fineness grades from 1 to 1000 µm
Operating pressures up to 10 bar
Temperatures up to 160 °C

We can provide a large range of materials and special applications, including pharma, high pressure, heated and insulated housings, and any type of connections.

Filterbags and/or strainers are also available in a wide variety of options and materials.

Pressure Leaf Filters

Easy to operate and maintain, they consist in rectangular filtering leaves with different dimensions, which are mounted (vertically or horizontally) on an outlet manifold in a pressure tank. The filtering elements filter through both sides.

These leaves can be the final filtration media but typically use Diatomaceous Earth (DE) as a pre-coat and/or body feed to improve filtration rate and product clarity.

On the top, the leaves are held by a vibrating shaft . A mechanical vibrator driven by electric motor/pneumatic vibrator is provided for vibrating the leaf shaft for cake discharge.

Jacket for hot filtration can be offered if desired.

Both the vessel and the leaf are available in a wide variety of options and materials.
